From comedy and entertainment presenters to actors, writers and broadcasters, I've worked with established and emerging talent across television, audio and premium digital formats.My role has included format development, contributor production, studio and location recording, performance direction, talent care, agent relationships and creating the editorial conditions for confident, authentic performances.Collaborators include Jimmy Carr, Jonathan Ross, David Baddiel, Stewart Lee, Russell Kane, Ellie Taylor, Guz Khan, Nick Mohammed, Peter Serafinowicz and Clara Amfo.

FANDOM & AUDIENCE COMMUNITY FORMATS
Building fandom-led formats around major television IP.
Challenge
How do you extend the life of premium television franchises beyond the broadcast while creating authentic destinations for fan conversation, talent and audience participation?Approach
Developed companion and fan formats for Sky Atlantic and major HBO and Warner Bros. properties including Game of Thrones, Westworld and DC. This included creating the original Game of Thrones companion podcast that evolved into Sky Atlantic’s studio-based Thronecast, and developing further audience-facing formats that combined editorial insight, presenter chemistry, fan culture and repeatable production models.I worked across Sky stakeholders, rights holders, design, art direction, studio, gallery, technical and production teams to deliver visually coherent, editorially strong entertainment under weekly schedule and brand requirements.Impact
Established a repeatable model for fandom-led entertainment around premium television IP, turning companion content into a destination for audiences and a strategic extension of the main franchise.
STUDIO ENTERTAINMENT & GLOBAL IP
Studio entertainment formats for major film franchises.
Challenge
Create repeatable “as-live” studio formats celebrating major films and global franchises while managing rights-holder expectations, approvals, talent access and premium broadcaster standards.Approach
Developed and produced Sky Cinema formats from pitch to delivery, working across Sky stakeholders, studios, distributors, publicists, agents and contributors. This included work around properties from NBCUniversal and Paramount Pictures. I led the creative and production model, coordinating design agencies, art directors, studio technical crews and gallery teams around the editorial concept, visual treatment, set requirements, agreed spend, recruitment, schedules and operational delivery.Impact
Delivered premium entertainment programming that brought major talent, global film properties and complex rights material into technically robust, audience-facing studio environments. The work strengthened Sky Cinema’s ability to extend franchise value through trusted editorial formats built around talent, film culture and audience appetite.
IMMERSIVE DOLBY ATMOS DRAMA
Directing cinematic audio drama for Audible.
Challenge
Deliver premium scripted audio drama to Audible’s editorial, performance and Dolby Atmos standards, while supporting both established and emerging creative talent.Approach
Served as Studio Director and Creative Producer across development, recording and post-production, working with writers, performers, dialogue editors, sound designers and production partners to shape performance, pacing, story clarity and final technical delivery.Alongside Audible Original drama work, I mentored emerging writers, performers and directors through Audible UK’s GNR8 initiative with LAMDA, supporting new creative voices through development, recording and production.Impact

INTERACTIVE AUDIO INNOVATION
Interactive storytelling and immersive audio for Audible and Ubisoft.
Challenge
Translate Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs universe into a premium interactive audio experience for Audible.Approach
Directed and produced the project, aligning Audible and Ubisoft with writers, performers, dialogue editors and sound teams across creative, technical, brand and platform requirements.Impact
Delivered Audible and Ubisoft’s first original interactive audio drama, combining cinematic storytelling, branching narrative and immersive sound across more than 100 unique voice performances and treatments.
STUDIO LEADERSHIP & AUDIENCE STRATEGY
Building a data-led creative studio for original audio entertainment.
Challenge
Launch Pocket FM’s UK creative studio and build a scalable development operation for original scripted audio in a fast-moving global platform environment.Approach
Built and led a 30-person creative team of five creative leads and 25 writers, establishing development priorities, production standards and remote workflows. Used audience engagement and retention data to qualify concepts, guide creative investment and focus resources on series with the strongest audience and commercial potential.Impact
Established the UK studio within a global audio platform serving more than 200 million listeners and operating a catalogue of more than 75,000 series. The work strengthened my experience in audience-led development, scalable creative operations and data-informed format growth.

I develop and produce entertainment across television, radio, podcasts, immersive audio and interactive storytelling. My career began at BBC Radio 1, where I became Head of Station Sound and helped shape the launch identity of BBC Radio 1Xtra.Since then, I have worked across Sky, Audible, Ubisoft, Pocket FM and independent production, combining format development, talent leadership, studio production and commercial awareness.I am at my best where a project needs someone who can understand the audience, shape the idea, earn the trust of talent and partners, and carry ambitious entertainment from development through to delivery.
